PROCESS
We have a simplified 4 step process to identify & nurture future stars of Indian Gaming Industry. We follow a 45 day cycle from application to investment decision.
Application Screening
We aim to publish games that gamers love. Evaluation will focus on game quality and potential, with in-depth gameplay testing by dedicated gamer panels. Feedback from these tests will play an integral and vital role in our selection process.
Due Diligence
For the initial launch, we will shortlist games during IGDC. Come meet us at our booth, where we will engage in extensive founder interactions and thorough game assessments to develop a deep understanding of the screened applications.
Investment Decision

Nitish is the Joint Managing Director of Nazara Technologies. Passionate about value creation in the gaming space, he founded Nazara in 1999. Nazara Technologies has grown from a games portal built by a tech-obsessed college student to India’s only listed games company, a multi-million dollar diversified gaming & sports media platform. He is also a trustee of the Dr. B. K. Goyal Heart Foundation and India Business Group (Chamber of Commerce).
Sudhir Kamath

An alumnus of Delhi University and IIM Ahmedabad, Sudhir has 20+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity investing, operations and entrepreneurship. Across his career, he has handled strategy, asset acquisitions / exits, regulatory matters, fund-raising, and operations, including as a CEO and entrepreneur. Most recently, as the CEO and Founder of Sparskills Technologies, he developed and scaled the 9stacks gaming brand.
